My experience is horrible to say the least. you send me an email stating that you successfully delivered my mother's day gift to my mom and it is an outright lie. My mother is disabled and I put instructions on the order for you to call when delivering because of dogs in the yard. there was people with her to help her receive the delivery. I don't know who you gave my order to but it was not my mom to whom it was intended. I am furious with the lack of proper service. And now my mom is without the Mother's Day Gift I paid for and trusted you to deliver. I expect a full refund and a written apology to my mother.
